01. When do deliveries go out?
Anywhere from 10am to 5pm PST depending on how busy the day is.
02. Special Flower requests?
We will absolutely take special flower orders, but keep in mind depending on how special the flower is we will need advance notice to place your order and there will be a minimum dollar amount for the order. For more details make sure to reach out to us by email or phone.
03. Not Happy with the Flowers?
We are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations, but we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. If you are dissatisfied with your order or encounter any problems with the flowers, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to address any concerns and find a solution together.
04. Non-Refundable Delivery Policy
If an arrangement is ordered and scheduled for delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being out of town or otherwise unavailable, or if the arrangement is delivered and it is later discovered that the recipient is out of town, the following terms apply:
- Non-Refundable:
Due to the nature of our business, which includes the use of perishable materials and the scheduling of delivery services, no refunds will be issued for arrangements that cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, for gated community or private property gates where we are unable to gain access, or for arrangements that have already been delivered.
- Gated Community Deliveries:
Customers are responsible for providing gate codes, access instructions, or ensuring that any personal gates are open on the scheduled delivery date. If no access is possible and we are unable to reach the recipient or customer within a timely manner (e.g., by the same business day), the delivery will be marked as attempted. Dreamy Floret cannot be held responsible for missed delivery dates in these cases.
Redelivery may be scheduled within 1–2 days of the original delivery date for an additional fee, subject to availability. After this timeframe, a new order may be required, as fresh floral arrangements cannot be held for extended periods.
